    Senior Business Consultant
    Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years ERM: BizForceOne or ERP (Microsoft Dynamic, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft...) consulting experience. Esp., in pharmaceutical, Supply Chain, MFG, Chemical & Rubber, Services, Trading.

  • Consultants and Senior Consultants must have hands on experience in business process reengineering, systems design, configuration and implementation of Dashboard, Balanced Scorecard, KPI for a wide range of industries.

  • Senior Consultants may need to lead cross-functional (functional and technical) project implementation teams.

  • Working in Vietnam or ASEAN

    • Salary: 2,000$ - 3,000$

    Programmer / Developer

    Description:

    • Work by projects.

    • Not only an IT staff, come with BMI you are being an IT business solution manager.
    • 1-2 year experience in Visual Basic, .NET ... Database: SQL 2005/2008, Oracle.
    • Experience in Enterprise information system, work by projects.

    • BS degree is in advanced.

    Project Manager

    Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years ERM: BizForceOne or ERP (Microsoft Dynamic, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft...) consulting experience.

  • Minimum of 1-2 full cycle implementation experience for Consultants, 3-4 for Senior Consultants; deep hands-on functional experience in the implementation and configuration of ERP; cross-modules/ applications integration experience.

  • Ability to analyze ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ business processes, complete complex business design for gap/ interfaces and configure system to user requirements.

  • Project Managers with proven track record in managing projects from initiation through final acceptance.

  • Provide timely and accurate project status information to our client’s PMO team, escalate project issues appropriately, mentor cross-functional project team members, and identify and share implementation best practices with them.

  • Expertise in one of the following modules:
    • Sales & Distributions
    • Financial Applications
    • Manufacturing
    • Supply Chain
    • Inventory
  • Working in Vietnam or ASEAN.
